My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. While the staff was incredibly helpful and the food was quite good, I had a frustrating experience with the check-out process. Despite the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, the lack of communication regarding the check-out time was disappointing. Overall, I appreciated the service but wish the check-out experience had been smoother.
